Terms Of Return

We value our customers' desires and product expectations. We know that often after receiving an item, the customer may decide not to keep it for whatever reason, such as a size issue, colour preference, or any other cause.

Please keep in mind that we prioritise product quality in order to match our customers' expectations. It feels undervalued when we receive a return request stating that the product is defective or for any other reason, but few individuals do it after using it all day.

  • We provides a free return within 24 hours after the successful delivery of the product. There is no money-back guarantee, however, you may easily exchange the goods for any of the products mentioned on our website.
  • We offer a hassle-free 24-hour return policy. We are unable to give you a return or exchange if 24 hours have passed since you got the merchandise.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in its original packing, otherwise, the consumer will be penalised.
  • If you do not desire the same design, the whole value of the product will be reflected on your account on Precious Jewel website, which you may use for shopping at any time within a year of the return date.
  • Several items are excluded from being returned. However, if you received a faulty item. We can offer an exchange or return on that particular product.
  • If you don't want to buy the products right away after returning them, we may generate a credit amount on your Precious Jewel customer account that is valid for 06 months from the day you returned it. You can use that amount at any time and on any product within six months after the date of purchasing the product.

Terms Of Refund

  • If the purchase is not delivered, there is no monitoring of the product by the courier partner, and money is prepaid, the buyer is eligible for a full refund.
  • Due to natural climatic difficulties or any calamity, the order cannot be delivered within 14 working days, and this must be certified by the courier partner as well.
  • The damaged/missing products are not eligible for refunds; however, we can only exchange them if applicable.
  • Items that have been damaged or are missing must be reported via email or call within 24 hours of delivery, with almost 3 photographs attached to your return request. We will not give replacements if the problem is not reported within 24 hours. We are not liable for normal wear and tear on purchased things and will not give a replacement item beyond 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • After receiving your returned product (which takes 5-7 working days) and inspecting it (which might take 1-2 business days), we will let you know if your refund was accepted or rejected. If it is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days and a credit will be given to your Precious Jewel account. Which you can use for future shopping at Precious Jewel only. The entire procedure might take 10-12 business days.
